Pre-Pay: Feel free to prepay your VIP Membership in store to avoid the automatic payment. To prepay your account, pay in store before your draft date at your favorite Express Tan location.

Returned Payments: Returned/refused payments will be charged a $10 service fee. You will be required to pay this fee plus your months VIP before you can tan again.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your membership you will need to do so in store, in writing before the 1st of whatever month you would like this change to take effect. All changes must be done in store. Phone calls will not be accepted. Tier I or Tier III VIP members must complete their 6-month contract before their membership may be cancelled.
